SXU basketball player drafted into CBA

He Siyu, captain of Shanxi University's men's basketball team, was selected by the Tianjin Ronggang Basketball Club as part of the 2019 CBA draft on July 29. He is the first Shanxi University athlete to be drafted into the CBA.
He is a postgraduate at the School of Physical Education of Shanxi University and has taken part in five seasons of the Chinese University Basketball Association and other provincial and national university basketball competitions. He has won many honors for the university, including one Sport College Basketball Association championship and four Shanxi University Basketball Competition championships.
His success is a testament to the quality of sports education at Shanxi University.
