Representatives of Shanxi University, Shanxi Dadi Environment Investment Holdings Co and Shenzhen Huajie Zhitong Technology Co held a meeting on project cooperation and professionals' cultivation on Jan 11.

Wang Yanglin, Party chief of Shanxi University, welcomed the guests and briefly introduced the university's historical development, features and development plan.

Wang said that the joint research on ecological restoration and industrial development in the middle reaches of the Yellow River in Shanxi has progressed smoothly. The project is being undertaken with Shanxi Dadi Environment Investment Holdings Co. It has created a new cooperation model for building a multi-disciplinary, full industrial chain and high-level research platform.

Qu Zhongrang, chairman of Shanxi Dadi Environment Investment Holdings Co, expressed his willingness to increase cooperation with Shanxi University and make joint efforts in personnel training, scientific and technological research and achievement transformation.

Wang Yanjie, the founder of Shenzhen Huajie Zhitong Technology Co, introduced his company's core technology, talent team, research and development and tech application.

He said he hopes to cooperate with the university in the fields of semiconductor materials, chip development, artificial intelligence and integrated circuits to cultivate high-quality talent that fits the country's new infrastructure construction strategy and economic development.
