President of the Supreme People's Court Zhou Qiang made an inspection tour in Tibet Autonomous Region from September 20 to 22. He said people's courts of the whole country should comprehensively implement the guiding principles of the 18th National Party Congress and the third and fourth plenary sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, thoroughly implement the spirits of the 6th Tibet work forum, put into practice the guiding principles from General Secretary Xi Jinping's major speeches. Zhou said that people's court at all levels should put the decisions of the central government in place,give full play to the judicial function of people's courts,and guarantee the sustainable healthy development and the long-term stability in Tibet.
