V. Brief introduction to the project: In order to promote the enterprise’s core competitiveness, increase the potential for development, Shandong Coal Machinery Group plans to conduct economic and technological cooperation with the outside. It aims to keep the equipment and producing techniques being in the leading domestic level and realize the annual sales revenue ammounting to 2 billion yuan. The major projects include the project toward overall external cooperation of Shandong Coal Machinery Group or the second-phase project of external cooperation; project of new-type solid-liquid separation equipment industrialization, project of large-scale high-tenacity crusher industrialization and project of new-type quick ration loading system industrialization. This project mainly builds modern large-scale steel- structure industrial workshop, purchases advanced domestic NC machine, general-purpose machine and inspection equipment, to realize the mass production of solid-liquid separation equipment, washing equipment, crusher and quick ration loading system.

Construction conditions of the project: As a well-known enterprise among Chinese coal machinery equipment manufacturing industry, Shandong Coal Machinery Group’s products have reasonable structure, wide field of application and range, strong market competitiveness and large development space. The market share of the leading products is about more than 60%. The products in this company are all energy-saving devices, which have stable and reliable quality, perfect after-sales service system as well as stable market basis.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 2 billion yuan, and profit and tax of 300 million yuan annually as well.

VIII. Cooperation unit of the project: Shandong Coal Machinery Equipment Group Co Ltd was established in January 2007. It’s a solely state-owned enterprise with the registered capital of 350 million yuan. The company covers an area of?26.7 hectares ?with a building area of 100,000 square meters. Now, the company has a total assets of 840 million yuan and more than 2,500 employees. It has a provincial-level technology center and a city-level technology center with strong ability of technical research and development. The company mainly researches, develops and manufactures eight series products including solid-liquid separation equipment and mineral washing equipment. The company realized the sales income of 800 million yuan and profit tax of 60 million yuan in 2011.
