Six villages to be featured as tourist villages

At the seminar of China's famous tourist towns and villages with featured landscapes, six towns and villages of Hubei province have been selected.

On April 12-13, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Tourism Administration of China held a seminar on famous towns and villages with featured landscapes. The conference appreciated the demonstration of China's famous tourist towns and villages with featured landscape, and awarded plaques to the winners from the 216 areas that participated.

The six towns and villages of Hubei province that designated as famous and featured tourist villages include: Shennongjia Muyu town, Sandouping town of Yiling district of Yichang city (first batch), Qujiawan town of Jingzhou Honghu city, Tangchi town of Xiaogan Yingcheng city, Shuangquan village of Mulan town in Huangpi district of Wuhan, and Liujiaqiao village of Guihua town in Xian’an district of Xianning city (second batch).
