Prize contrary to public opinion

In 1989, the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to the Dalai Lama. In 2010, Liu Xiaobo was nominated. This is sufficient to show that the Nobel Peace Prize committee has always maintained an anti-China policy. Undoubtedly, the prize-winner will not be an anti-imperialist, as Soviet dissident Andrei Sakharov received the prize but US dissident Andres Oppenheimer will never get it.
Jos Manuel Barroso, president of the European Commission, congratulated Liu by saying that "I would like to convey my congratulations to Liu Xiaobo for being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize 2010. The values that Liu pursued are at the core of the European Union." With these words he exposed the naked truth that the Nobel Peace Prize has become a tool of the West to advocate their values. The Nobel Peace Prize has already deviated from its original intentions. Whom on earth is the Nobel Peace Prize for?
