Every time I have to go to the bank, it is a real punishment for me.

I don't understand why a customer has to fill out so many forms, and the process of identification is really annoying. The driver license is an official identification but it's useless in a bank transaction.

Three years ago I wanted to withdraw dollars from my ICBC account in Guangzhou, but the teller told me because my account was opened in Shanghai it was impossible to get my dollars unless I open a new account with them, I told them why should I open an account if I don’t live in Guangzhou, I was visiting the Canton Fair and that′s it, but the manager told me it′s not possible.

Anyway, the list of complaints could be very long but I hope the banks use better common sense, better criteria and make some changes to improve their services.
