I usually don't give money to beggars except when they are really unable to provide for themselves. Coz yeah, there are a lot of beggars out there who still have a good body and are really able to work for a decent job but instead of helping themselves they depend on other people's sympathy. So instead of working hard, you're only going to be depending on others to feed you. I do like to help those beggars to get them out of the streets but for me, giving them change is not going to help them, instead it's only going to make them more and more dependent on others.
