As my father would tell me after doing something stupid: resist the urge! Communications that you have with others can be good or bad depending on how much you care. Resist the urge to text while with someone else (a real person). Resist the urge to take calls which interrupt conversations. Resist the urge to be a zombie-slave tied to your smartphone. Life is better with real people in it. I promise.
