I’m a strong advocate for a vegan diet. Perhaps this report will prompt people consider becoming vegans or vegetarians. So for your health, the environment and future generations it is not difficult, it just involves a change of mindset, life is as good, in fact better, and there is a vast variety of other delicious food available to enjoy.
