Dec 29th, Jiulongpo District government, launching ceremony for Jiulongpo District, Demonstration Area of implementation national trademark strategy setting up by Longxin Group and Demonstration enterprises.
Hubei AIC established its leading group, and The Heilongjiang AIC proposed the implementation plan on advancing of trademark strategy and promoting steady and fast economic development for the whole province. And Harbin government held an awarding conference for the top famous trademark in the city wide.
July 29th, Harebrain Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce held “Harebrain Trademark Working Meeting and Awarding Presenting Meeting for Well-known and Famous Trademark Enterprises”. Hainan AIC held a province-wide conference for implementing trademark strategy, and also an exhibition for Hainan well-known and famous trademarks, including 9well-known trademarks and 73 provincially famous trademarks. The exhibition fully demonstrated the current status quo of the trademark development in Hainan province. Shanghai AIC convened 2009 Trademark Advance Conference focusing on implementing the National Trademark Strategy, and the four assurances set by Shanghai municipal government. By summarizing latest development of the trademark course in recent years, the conference also generated a new target and task requirement for future work, especially in better serving the economic development in Shanghai.
Anhui AIC promulgated four regulations, The Procedure for preliminary Determination of Famous Trademark in Anhui Province, Rules of Determining Famous Trademark in Anhui Province, Guideline on Settling Conflicts between Famous Trademark and Corporate Name, and Notification on Determination and Examination for Famous and Well-known Trademarks in Anhui Province. The four documents represented the initial trademark legal system in Anhui was set up, laying a solid foundation for trademark development in Anhui.
August 19th, AIC of Anhui Province held the provincial “more trademarks for one station” on-site meeting.
