Fun time in Wenjiang park at night

Visitors arriving late in the Aromatic, an amusement theme park in the Wenjiang district of Chengdu, Sichuan province, are given a pleasant surprise, for it offers novel events at night during the summer vacation.
Spending only 40 yuan (US$6) on a night ticket, one can not only evade the scorching sun but also experience the madness of Songkran typical of neighboring Yunnan province.
But unlike the one in Yunnan, visitors can spot lots of beautiful women in bikini in the Wenjiang park, said Hu Ji, a resident of Chengdu, who visited the Songkran on Friday evening.
A gourmet, however, Hu was impressed most with the myraid of ice creams of different tastes which are not available in the park during the daytime.
For Zhang Kun, a great fan of travelling from Chongqing which is Sichuan's neighbor, camping in the open air in the park is of great fun.
He recalled how he and several friends sat in front of a tent playing the guitar and singing.
It reminded me of the good old days when I was a college student, the 51-year-old said.
