Wudadao
Wudadao means five major streets in English. It got its name from location, along side the five major routes of Ma Chang Rd, Mu Nan Rd, Da Li Rd, Chang De Rd, and Chong Qing Rd. With approximately 2,000 various styles villas, Wudadao has been widely known as an international architecture exposition.
In addition, more than 300 late residences with historical figures are in Wudadao. Those figures include former Olympic champion Li Airui, late president of the United States Herbert Clark Hoover, and former U.S. Secretary of State George Marshall as well as two presidents of the Republic of China and seven Prime Ministers and acting Prime Ministers.
Italian-Style Area

Located south of Hebei District, the now Italian-Style Area used to be the center of the Italian concession and thus has over a hundred year history. It is the largest and only Italian-style architecture cluster not only in China, but in the region of Southeast Asia. More than 30 residences of late public figures' are located in the area. Such people include Liang Qichao, who wrote a number of great works here in the town, for example the Approach of the Chinese History Study, , and Cao Yu, the writer of classic drama Lei Yu, who spent his childhood and youth in the area.

Jiefangbei Rd, Financial Street

Jiefangbeilu Street, also named as the Financial St., is home to a cluster of Tianjin's financial institutions. |
Located close to Haihe River between Jie Fang Bridge and Jie Fang Nan Rd, the Financial St used to be the major location area for numerous foreign banks and was thus titled the “Wall St in the East”. Currently it still functions as a base of various financial institutions in Tianjin. The majority of the architecture on the street has a history of over a hundred years. Walking along the street people can feel the sense of great development in China's financial industry in modern history.
