Booth charging standard and scope
Booth fee standard
1. For the indoor pavilions, the No 1 Pavilion serves to display expo related information, and it is free of charge.
The booth specifications in other indoor pavilions is 9 square meters.
All the indoor booths must adhere to overall special installation procedures. The minimum rent coverage is 54 square meters, with a fee of 1,000 yuan per square meter ($160 per square meter).
2. There are two kinds of international standard booths: in the outdoor tents or in the pavilion. The charging standard is 6,500 yuan ($1,000) and 5,000 yuan ($800) per booth, respectively.
The minimum rent coverage in the outdoor pavilion is 36 square meters and 500 yuan per square meter ($80 per square meter).
Booth charging scope
1. Booths that were promoted by the expo organizers
2. Booths that were promoted by expo agencies and business associations
3. Booths that were applied by individuals and booths rented by natural persons
4. Booths that were promoted by other methods
Booth fee payment
1. Only after the exhibitors submit the original copy of application documents and booth design sketches to the expo secretariat, followed by approval by the joint decision of the secretariat and expo promotion unit, shall the booth fee payment be handled.
2. The secretariat’s financial department will fill the triplicate “booth fee payment advice note” then forward them to the exhibition department and the booth promoting subjects.
3. The booth fee could be paid by cash, check (either cash or cash transfer), foreign exchange or T/T. The foreign exchange will be converted into renminbi in accordance to the buying rate of the current foreign exchange rate.
4. The deadline for applications is June 30.
5. The deadline for booth fee payment is Aug 15.
