Beer fest participants hit new high

As the largest carnival in August in Qingdao, the 23rd Qingdao International Beer Festival kicked off on Saturday, August 10. The scale and number of beer companies presenting at the festival hit a new high this year.
Top 10 beer brands in the world including Budweiser, Miller Beer and Heineken made their appearance at the festival. More than 300 kinds of beer from 27 major beer brands across 18 countries made an appearance on stage.
Falling on its 110-year birthday this year, the host brand Tsingtao Beer continues to hold a post as the top beer brand in China with a brand value of 80.5 billion yuan ($13.15 billion). Tsingtao Beer is introducing the most advanced remote pipelines into the tents to keep the beer fresh and tasty.
