Chery introduced its two latest concept cars -- the Concept α and β -- and its new Tiggo 3 at Auto China 2014 in Beijing on April 20. The cars were developed in accordance with Chery’s R&D system, which relies on the Automotive Engineering & Research Institute, Central Research Institute, Planning & Design Institute, and Testing Center. The new Tiggo 5 is a great improvement in terms of quality compared with its earlier version.

The new Tiggo 3 will definitely catch your eye with its refined sensation, technology, engine, comfort and configuration. The Tiggo 3 has a brand-new appearance and features powerful performance. Following a development concept to "understand life and better understand the driver," the Tiggo 3 is definitely a big hit overall.

Chery has sold more than 600,000 Tiggo 3 vehicles since its debut nine years ago. It serves, to some extent, to promote Chinese SUVs. It has been exported as inspection-free products to more than 80 countries and regions with the most export volume. It is the first Chinese-made SUV in the European market.

The Chery Tiggo has certainly become an example for Chinese SUVs. The name “Tiggo” has also enjoyed a good reputation at home and abroad.

Reliable quality beyond expectation

The new Tiggo 3 has undergone stringent testing on the iAUTO balanced smart technology platform as well as the four top laboratories of C-LAB, including the Collision Safety Laboratory, NVH Laboratory and K&C Chassis Laboratory. It has been markedly updated regarding its appearance, sound isolation, maneuverability and safety.

The new Tiggo 3 adopts an advanced "sensory quality" concept and management system, as well as Meisterbock & Cubing technology, to ensure its gaps look natural and well-proportioned. For instance, its sheet metal processing and paint quality features outstanding craftsmanship.

Larger space offers comfortable and convenient ride

The new Tiggo 3 is equipped with wide rear seats measuring 1,300mm in width and 1,030mm in height. It creates a comfortable experience for riders.

The carry capacity of the new Tiggo 3 for passengers or goods is much larger. It has 4/6 separate folding rear seats so that the space can be configured randomly and flexibly from 550 L to 1,800 L. It has as much as 21 storage sets.
