Recently, the Intellectual Property Joint Conference Office of Shanghai City published the ten major typical intellectual property cases in 2013.

These cases have the following features: first, they can cause great influence on society, and some selected cases attracted close attention from domestic and foreign media and society; second, case types are new, such as the first monopoly dispute case where the plaintiff won the lawsuit according to the final judgment; third, cases were difficult to handle, such as when the law enforcement department obtained evidence after the party concerned deleted the software infringing the intellectual property.
