A "one form" system has been introduced in the Liangjiang New Area (LNA)?of Chongqing, allowing applicants for enterprise registration simply to submit one form online or through a public service window and multiple items can be completed on the very same day. The applicants can thereby conveniently finish their industrial and commercial registration, tax registration, application of organization code certificate and chop and seal engraving.

It used to take at least 10 days for applicants to complete their enterprise registration after going to four or five departments in the past, including the industrial and commercial bureau, the revenue department, the quality supervision department and the public security office, and each department needed its own form to be filled in. Now, this "one form" system has solved all those items within a day, and much time and energy can now be saved.

Li Can, deputy director of Liangjiang New Area administrative center, said that the "one form" system integrates forms from all the departments by removing subordinate information and only retaining what is important. It will solve all the registration problems. After the applicant submits his form online or through the service window, every department will lift useful information and process it in the background. The "One form" system is a good use of information sharing and cooperation between departments.

To better serve the applicants, some departments including the industrial and commercial bureau, the revenue and the quality supervision department have been stationed in the services lobby respectively. The applicants will get all the documents required for registration soon after submitting a form at the same window. 19 thousand administrative examinations and approvals have been handled in the administrative center since 2012 when the "one form" system was implemented in Liangjiang New Area.
