2 Food Festivals More than 180 restaurants will offer specially priced cuisines during San Diego Restaurant Week from Sept 21 to 26. The Lodge at Torrey Pines, in La Jolla, will host the 12th annual Celebrate the Craft culinary showcase on Oct 12. Famous chefs, brewers and farmers from across California will demonstrate their cooking and winemaking skills with natural ingredients. Tourists can also join the 11th annual San Diego Bay Wine and Food Festival from Nov 17 to 23 in the downtown area.

3 The Ultimate Beer Tasting Beer fans should not miss the San Diego Beer Week from Nov 7 to 16, with hundreds of beer-themed events, highlighting the city’s award-winning craft beer, breweries and pubs.
