Visitors were at the Water Cube in Beijing for a special APEC tour on Nov 22, 2014. After being closed to the public and used for a banquet during the APEC meeting earlier this month, the Water Cube reopened to the public on 22, 2014 to give tourists a glimpse of what it was like at the high-profile economic and political event.
