Xijiang is a village in eastern Guizhou Province and is famous for the largest village inhabited by people of Miao ethnic minority. It is also known as the "one-thousand-household Miao village". The Xijiang Miao Village is about 260 kilometers from Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province. It preserves the "original ecology" of Miao culture and is the best place to know about the history and development of Miao nationality. [Photo/People.cn] |
