| Lotus flowers are in full bloom at Longquan lotus garden in Shucheng, East China's Anhui province, July 22, 2016. The lotus flower, which symbolizes beauty and purity, is a constant theme in ancient Chinese poetry, among which the most quoted lines are "Lotus leaves with endless emerald greenness reach afar into the sky, lotus blossoms bathing in sunlight display an exceptionally dazzling pink."
