An over 66-hectare cherry blossom garden in Zhongxian county, Southwest China's Chongqing — thanks to the rising temperatures of spring — recently bloomed, drawing numerous visitors with its vibrant colors and delightful fragrance, eager to take in the picturesque scene.
The expansive garden, located in Yinshan community of Zhongxian's Baigong subdistrict, is home to over 100,000 cherry blossom trees, showcasing nearly 50 different varieties. Among these are popular types, such as the weeping cherry, Kawazu-zakura — a renowned Japanese cherry blossom variety — and the bell-flower cherry.
