Photo taken on Aug 1, 2014 shows puppets used by puppeteer Xiao Qiulin in one of his shows in Yudu county, East China's Jiangxi province. Xiao, 65, started making a living by performing puppet shows for local residents since his twenties. With a stage enclosed by a piece of cloth, a set of instruments and several puppets, Xiao could perform a show for his audience all by himself. Now Xiao has recruited several apprentices, hoping that one day he could build a puppet troupe and his craftsmanship could be carried forward. [Photo/Xinhua]
