Huang Shiwu, a 49-year-old farmer in Changpo county of Qionghai, Hainan province, has been earning his living by picking and selling coconuts for 18 years. He only takes a break if it rains and has thus not made any special holiday plans for Labor Day. Huang climbs the trees using a rope and sells the coconuts to customers outside the island of Hainan.
