III. Project Description:
The speed difference devices are widely used in: limousines, cross-country cars, mechanical loaders, bulldozers and engineering machineries. The key technology and technological features for the project as follow:
(1) Key technology: To form a potential energy for different movement by the periodic transmission ratio between the semi-axis wheels of both sides of automobile. Only when the torque of the semi-axis wheels of both sides is larger than the summation of driven potential energy and frictional torque, can the different gear overpass the potential energy to carry on the difference operation. (2) Technological features: The transmission ratio of semi-axis gear and planetary gear is not fixed, but there are different transmissive tri-circular pitch transmissive ratio limited slip differentials. (3) Technological maturity: The technology has been used in cross-country cars successfully. Through examination and test, the performance is superior to that of the foreign similar products.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form:
The total investment is USD 5.92 million, of which the fixed assets investment is USD 5.25 million, which needs outer finance support. Cooperative form: Joint Venture or Cooperation.
V. Anticipation of Market and Investment Return:
With the project, the annual sales income will reach US$ 14.59 million, the profit US$ 3.74 million, the sales tax and additional tax US$ 2.3 million. the win-loss point will be 68%. The investment return rate will be 33%; the profit payments and tax turnover of investment will be 79%; all financial internal return rate will be 55.32% (before tax) and 40.16% (after tax). The investment recovery period is 4.96 years.
