III. Project Description:
Being a company limited established with approval from Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, Shaanxi Jiyuuan Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. has RMB 107.8 million Yuan of asset and RMB 362 million Yuan of current asset, including RMB 92 million Yuan of fixed capital and RMB27 million Yuan of flowing asset. Shaanxi Jiyuan Electric Industrial Co., Lld. plans to be listed and the listing tutorship period has been over. With two underlining companies and four holding companies, the company has now a staff of 382 persons including 92of management persons; 168 persons over associated degree, covering 44 %of the total of the staff; 67 persons engaging in scientific and technological research and development, covering 18%of the total. The Company has an annual production capacity of 15000 tons of oxygen free copper bar and 8000 tons of various electromagnetic wire. Product of this project mainly faces the international market and export should exceed 60% of the total producing.

Total investment is USD 18.29 million, including USD 14.76 million of construction investment and USD 3.53 million of Basic current capital. Joint venture, cooperation, rent or combining.
V. Anticipation of Market and Investment Return:
Yearly sales income may reach USD 35.3 million after the completion of this project. The estimated yearly profit is USD 3.43 million. Total investment internal return rate before tax is 18.76%; after income tax payment is 15.20%. The projects after income tax payment investment return term is 8.21 years; before tax payment is 6.87 years.
