Consumers whose legitimate rights and interests are infringed upon during their purchase of commodities or receipt of services at trade fairs or at leased counters may demand compensations from the sellers of the commodities or the providers of the services. In case the trade fairs have finished or the lease of the counter has expired, consumers may also demand compensations from organizers of the trade fairs or lessors of the counters.
