Order No 48 of the President of the PRC - PRC Law on Chinese-Foreign Equity Joint Ventures;
Order No 40 of the President of the PRC – PRC Law on Chinese-Foreign Contractual Joint Ventures and other related laws and regulations.
Eligibility requirements:
1. As determined by Article 20 of the Regulations of the Registration of Company Legal Representative, a company may apply for cancellation registration if:
1) it closes down or is to be dissolved;
2) it is declared bankrupt or closes business for other reasons.
