State Council's Interim Provisions on Management of Resident Offices of Foreign Enterprises;
The Regulations on Administration of Registration of Resident Offices of Foreign Enterprises (No 584 of the State Council Decree of the PRC) (hereafter referred as Regulations), and related laws and regulations.
Eligibility requirements:
1. As determined by Article 2 of the Regulations, resident offices of foreign enterprises refer to the working bodies established by foreign enterprises in accordance with the Regulations within China engaging in non-profit programs related to their own business;
2. Registration of a representative office includes the title of the representative office, name of the chief representative, business scope, residency site, residency period, and title and domicile of the foreign enterprise;
3. Meeting the requirements for establishing companies of foreign countries or economic organizations.

Charging standard: 600 yuan ($95.84);
Legal basis: Regulations on charging standards and scopes of company registration.
