The Regulations on Administration of Registration of Resident Offices of Foreign Enterprises (No 584 of the State Council Decree of the PRC) (hereafter referred as Regulations), and related laws and regulations.
Eligibility requirements:
1. When the resident office of a foreign enterprise makes alterations with regard to the name of the office, name of chief, business scope, residency site, residency period, and title and domicile of the foreign enterprise, an application for alterations shall be submitted.
2. For those involving approval items, the enterprise shall submit effective approval documents or licenses.
