6. Review after acceptance (check on details such as the adequacy of application materials, name's conformity with legal form, and the necessity of substantial examination);
7. Require substantial examination --Conduct substantial examination and issue verification report on application materials;
8. The examination authority decides whether to approve the registration application;
9. Approval -- Issue of notice of registration approval, payment by applicant, issue of registration certificate- Filing;
10. Refusal of approval - Issue of disapproval notice;
