19. Landscape Planning of Guoshoujing Square and surrounding areas in Xingtai City
I. Project Content
Guoshoujing Square is the central square of Longgang New Town in the north of Xingtai City, and also a municipal square with major functions such as administration, office, culture, entertainment and scientific overlook promotion. The project will create a characteristic landscape, enrich the urban landscape, promote the city's charm and improve its reputation to highlight the city's special regional landscape and cultural landscape.

III. Project Background
Guoshoujin Street is a landscape avenue with traffic and landscape characteristics constructed by Xingtai City. Guoshoujing Square is the future municipal central square. In order to distribute the population of the old town and construct a new town, the project will utilize the construction of Guoshoujing Square to drive the construction of Longgang New Town to exhibit a new city and new image.
IV. Planning Requirements
1. The planning area is the plot bordered by Guoshoujing Street, Park East Street, Jinquan Street and Gangtie Road.
2. Planning achievements content and degree of depth will include landscape planning of the square and water system, illumination, sketches and waterscape plans, planting analysis figures and plane figures, elevation drawings and scale drawings of important node regions.
V. Cooperation Mode
With the competitive selection of blueprints to determine the planning unit, the unit with the best blueprint will be selected. All international and internal units with A-grade design qualifications for landscape and garden work can take part in the competition.

20. Station Square Planning of Handan City New Station
I. Project Content
Station Square at Handan City New Station is at the core of planning for a new station area of Handan City. Combined with the planning and construction of New East Station of Handan City, the emphasis will be on solving problem of traffic evacuation and to construct "the destination of New Town" on the basis of station service.
II. Investment Estimate
The project planning expense will be carried out in accordance with present standards.
III. Project Background
The project foundation is the planning of Handan City New Station. With the completion of the New Station and opening to traffic of Shi-Wu Passenger Special Line, the peak passenger volume per hour in 2030 will be 3,500 in Handan New Station. The square will be one of the most energetic areas in the city with such functions as commuter traffic, traffic transfers, and the concentration and distribution of population and image exhibitions.
IV. Planning Requirements
1. The planning area is south to Congtai Road, north to Lianfang Road, west to the station building and east to Zhanqian Street. The total area is about 0.17 million square meters.
2. Planning content includes Zhanqian Square and underground civil defense facilities, the mail disposal center, synthetic traffic transferring hubs and various service facilities coordinated with Zhanqian Square.
3. Planning achievements content and degree of depth will encompass present land-use achievements, regional analysis charts, general planning plane figure (including economic and technical indexes) work, general air views, synthetic traffic plans, design-effect drawings of nightscape illumination and lighting, structural analysis of the planning space, landscape, forestation plan and analysis charts of regional traffic systems. The content also will include vertical plans for land use, plans for synthetic pipelines, road section and underground space plans, plane arrangement charts for single buildings, elevation drawings, and other materials to reflect the design view. The design unit can increase or decrease the blueprint size according to demand.
The design depth will be the stage of construction drawing.
V. Cooperation Mode
With the competitive selection of blueprints to determine the planning unit, the unit with the best blueprint will be selected. All domestic units with A-grade design qualification and overseas design units with a legal Qualification Certificate of Urban Planning Service for Foreign Investment Enterprises can take part in the competition.
