Huang Qin was born in Kunshan, Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, in October 1962. With a postgraduate education from the Jiangsu Provincial Party School, he started work in January 1985 and joined the CPC in December 1986.
Xie Xiaojun was born in Luoyang, Central China's Henan province, in August 1965. With an on-the-job postgraduate education from the Jiangsu Provincial Party School, he started work in August 1984 and joined the CPC in August 1989.
Zhu Aixun, deputy mayor of Wuxi
Zhu Aixun was born in Jinjiang, East China's Jiangsu province, in September 1967. With a master's degree in public administration, he was first employed in August 1989 and joined the CPC in September 1994.
