Li expressed gratitude for the zone's support and gave the background to Unisplendour's development and interest in cooperating with the zone. He said that Unisplendour is a national high-tech enterprise and an industrialization facility in the national 863 program , as well as one of the top 100 electronic information enterprises in China.

Both sides discussed resource advantages, mutual cooperation possibilities as well as cooperation with the Tsinghua Science Park.

Wang pointed out that Yunnan abounds in natural resources and enjoys a pleasant climate, while Unisplendour excels in high-tech product development. He said that the management committee would give its full support in land, capital and other resources to the company and satisfy the company's needs.

He also hoped the company could play a positive role in the high-tech zone to boost industrial development in Yunnan. At the moment, the zone is committed to offering quality services for its companies to ensure there are no complaints from customers, streamlined approval and business processes, minimum trade costs, a conducive entrepreneurial environment and a high level of technical development efficiency.
